UK Executive Management

Greg joined Crawford in September 2010, having worked more than 25 years with Aviva, one of Crawford’s biggest clients. He was named in his current position on 15 September 2011.

Stephen joined Crawford & Company in May 2002 as UK Financial Controller, taking over full Executive responsibility for Finance in the UK with effect from August 2003 and appointed to the UK Board in May 2004.

As head of Global Technical Services in the UK, Sarah’s areas of operation include: the Corporate and Major Incident Team, International Construction and Engineering, Global Marine and Transportation, Power and Energy, International Property and Special Risks (previously International Casualty).

Margaret has 30 years’ experience in the claims arena servicing global TPA accounts, especially in relation to providing total outsourced solutions to corporates, insurers and brokers and working with captives.

Sam Friend joined Crawford and Company in 1999 as IT Operations Manager, taking over as Head of IT in the UK in 2003. Sam was appointed to the UK Board in May 2004.

Mark Harman is a chartered accountant, who joined the international accounting firm Arthur Andersen after studying philosophy and economics at Oxford.
