Crawford wanted to improve customer service so we created an approach called Customer First.  Working in partnership with Aviva we have been able to deliver a dramatic improvement in service to customers and the engagement of our own employees.  Customer First has produced stunning results for customer satisfaction, employee engagement and drastically reduced the time spent on a claim without compromising quality. Customer First  has won Business Partner of the Year at the Insurance Times Awards in 2014 and Loss Adjuster of the Year at the Claims Awards in 2015.
